We are a Red Hat Society Chapter with members throughout Bay County Florida. As we started this chapter approximately seven years ago, we knew we wanted to do something different. Having previously belly danced two of us decided to renew our interest in this fun art form of exercise. After a few months practicing, it became clear we needed to go further with our Middle Eastern Dance.
We started performing thirty minute shows for the Panama City Council on Aging at their November Arts Festival. From there we ventured out to local Nursing Homes and Retirement Centers.
The past six and half years we have continuously performed for Nursing Homes, Senior Centers, Senior Organizations, Red Hat events, Community events, for Bay, Jackson & Washington and Leon Counties. We are active within the Northwest Florida Belly Dancing community, performing at Haflas in Panama City, Ft. Walton Beach, Pensacola and Tallahassee.
